1. How do I order a class ring?
There are step-by-step instructions located on the back of the ring order form. You can also order online here using Jostens’
class ring designer. This state-of-the-art ring designer walks you through the decision process step-by-step and even shows
you a 3-D image of your ring as you create it!
2. Can I view the class rings in person?
You can view and try-on class rings on the Official On-Campus Order Day(s) at your school. You can also view the class rings
online here using the Class Ring Designer.
3. How do I get my ring size?
Your Jostens representative will have ring sizers available on the Order Day(s) at your school and will size each student when
the order is placed. Ring size is pretty universal, so any local jeweler can provide you with your ring size. You can also
request a plastic ring sizer using the following link: Contact Jostens
4. How can I pay for the ring?
Only a $50 deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Of course, you can also choose to pay in full. We accept checks,
credit cards, and money orders.
5. If I put down a $50 deposit, when is final payment due? How do I know when to make the final payment?
Final payment is due within 3 months (90 days) from the date the ring order is placed. You can make payments in any amount
by check, money order, or credit card. A statement will be mailed to the address provided on the order form, notifying you of
your balance due and when final payment is due.
6. What if I miss the on-campus order days?
If you miss the on-campus Order Day(s), please mail or fax in the ring order form. The address and fax # are located on the
lower left-hand side of the order form. You can also order online at www.jostens.com using the Class Ring Designer. There is
no deadline for placing a class ring order.
7. What is the tax rate? How do I calculate the tax?
The tax rate varies based on the area that you live in. As an example, if your tax rate was 9.25%, the tax amount is calculated
by multiplying your subtotal by .0925. This tax amount is then added to the subtotal to obtain the final total.
8. Do all of the class ring options on the order form cost extra?
All of the ring options are included in the price of the ring. The only options that affect the ring price are the metal choice and if
you choose to upgrade to diamonds.
9. What do I do if I lost my ring? What if it is too small or too big? What if a stone falls out etc…?
Jostens' high school rings are covered against loss or theft for a period of 4 years from the ship date. They also come with
lifetime re-sizing and cleaning service. If you would like to make a claim, download and print the Jostens Warranty Claim Form.
