FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

1.        Why is it important to order now? Graduation is still months away!

By ordering with your class on Order Days, you are guaranteed the best prices and the largest selection of products, customized
specifically for your school. You will also receive some of the most popular items with your deposit of $50.00, so you can use them
throughout your Senior Year. We will also be able to help your with your order form and check it for accuracy.

2.        What if I can’t order on the official group Order Day?

If you can not order with your class on the day(s) we are at school, you have two (2) weeks from the original order day to mail your order
form into us or you can order online at www.sfgrad.com. If you miss the deadline for the group order, you will need to use Jostens late
order program where items cost more and the selection is limited.

3.        Is there a guarantee or return policy? What happens if I don’t graduate from this school?

Jostens offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all orders placed on the original group order. We will remake or replace any items that
have errors on them. If you don’t graduate from this school, we will refund all funds paid, minus the cost of any personalized items and
any items that have already been received. Just call us by June 1st. There are no refunds on the late order! So, if you are unsure
whether or not you will graduate, order your gown on time, and request a refund later if necessary.

4.        What are announcements and how many do I need?

Announcements are NOT invitations to your graduation. Announcements are custom cards designed by your school that announce
your graduation to family and friends. Announcements should be sent to everyone with whom you would like to share your
accomplishment. A good place to start is your family’s holiday card list, including relatives, friends, and neighbors.

5.        When will the rest of my order come?

The remaining items that were not received on Order Day, including all paper products and personalized products will be delivered at your
SCHOOL in Spring, usually about 4-6 weeks before graduation. You will be notified when the delivery time is scheduled at your school.

6.        When will I receive my cap and gown?

Your cap and gown will be delivered at your SCHOOL a couple of weeks before graduation. A common time for delivery your graduation
rehearsal. You will be notified when the delivery time is scheduled at your school.

7.        What payment options are available?

Deposits of at least $50.00 may be made by check, cash, or credit card. Final payments can be made by credit card or cash.

8.        When is my balance due?

Many students pay for everything when placing their order. If you chose to make a deposit, statements will be sent with payment
instructions. All balances must be paid in full before remaining items (including the cap & gown) will be delivered.
